Live Online Support (Beta test only)

Simply click on the Online Support link in the Right side navigation bar (the above logo will show during support hours) and you should get a confirmation window that we are aware of your request, and will soon responde. The next available Customer service representative will then contact you by pop-up chat window on your PC. Once you make your request, you shoud leave you web browser open to the Planet802.net site until we contact you.
