The Planet802 Mission has always been to deliver cost-effective communications that are reliable, affordable and easy to use and to provide a level of customer service that is unmatched by any other company.

Planet802 now provides Internet Service to all - through our ADSL service and our WDSL service. WDSL is where our business began - providing rural areas with no ADSL Broadband with desparately needed Wireless Broadband. Our business has now grown to incorporate an online shop selling wireless equipment, mobile devices, and a wealth of new technology including Media Centers. We also provide commercial communication services and supplies, and now a range of web design and hosting as well. By staying diverse we aim to increase the viability of our brand and ensure a bright future for our customers and our employees.

The WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) industry is in an embroyonic stage at the moment. The equipment is new to everyone, the market is only just starting to embrace wireless technology as somthing useful, and the experts are few and far between. Planet802 have found an excellent working formula that ensures consistantly robust networks, embracing new technology and placing high value on quality equipment and installations. We know the value of a reliable system, and we know the value of our customers.

Our full time and contracted team members are hand-picked for their vast experience in the rollout of Wireless services and commercial networks. We are all experienced IT and Telecomms people and we have chosen them for their high quality work-ethic, their in-depth understanding of a very complex technology, and their creative approach to problem solving. But most important, we have chosen them for their ability to serve our customers to the high degree that Planet802 expect and that our customers expect of us.
